Respiratory Oil Blend Blend Remedy for cold & flu

For pain, headaches, inflammation, an excellent decongestant and mucolytic, spastic cough and respiratory. Rub on your chest and back and feet several times daily while sick. Continue use for another week after you have recovered.

Ravintsara is great for reducing pain and headaches. It is an immunostimulant and good for all respiratory concerns. Excellent for colds and flu, Ravintsara is decongesting, anti-inflammatory and helps to clear the sinuses. It is one of the best oils for the long term healing of chronic allergies. It is a soft, camphoraceous oil, and can be used often. 

Sweet Orange oil is one of the best choices in a blend for digestive disorders. Reduces constipation, gas, abdominal spasms, nausea and vomiting. It is hepatic stimulant, supporting the liver to produce bile, and also supporting digestion.

Balsam Fir is a strong antimicrobial agent for colds and the flu. This essential oil is an excellent decongestant and mucolytic. It is an excellent calming agent in cases of spastic cough.
